Kwemo Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 July 2026
These terms cover your use of Kwemo, a music rating and discussion app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Kwemo.
1. Who can use Kwemo
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens under your account. Give accurate information when you sign up, and tell us if you think someone else has access: hello@kwemo.fm.
One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone else.
3. Your content stays yours
Your ratings, reviews, posts, comments, and Kwemo card are your content. You keep ownership of it.
By posting to Kwemo you give us permission to store, display, and share that content inside the app so the product can work — showing your review to other users, including your rating in community charts, and rendering your Kwemo card as a shareable image. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by others or held in routine backups.
4. Rules of conduct
Strong opinions about music are the entire point. Cruelty is not. Don't:
- harass, threaten, or abuse other people;
- post hateful content targeting anyone's identity;
- spam, or use bots or scripts to inflate ratings, likes, or follows;
- post anything illegal, or content you don't have the right to post;
- upload or link to pirated music or other infringing material;
- try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service;
- impersonate other people, artists, or Kwemo itself.
5. Moderation
People who post can delete their own content, and the author of a post can remove comments on it. We may also remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Where it's practical and appropriate, we'll explain why.
6. Music services and other third parties
Connecting Spotify or Apple Music is optional. When you connect one, your use of that service is governed by their terms and privacy policy, not ours. Concert information comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date — always check with the venue or ticket seller before making plans.
Spotify, Apple Music, and Ticketmaster are trademarks of their respective owners. Kwemo is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.
7. Ratings and charts
Charts, rankings, compatibility scores, and Kwemo Signs are generated from community activity. They're for fun and discovery — not statements of fact about any artist or release.
8. Availability
Kwemo is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kwemo and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost data or lost profits.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Kwemo and request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@kwemo.fm. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and note the change in the app. Continuing to use Kwemo after that means you accept the new terms.
